Background Asim was born in Karachi , Pakistan . after finishing his early education he persuede a bachelors degree in architecture from the national college of arts, lahore . he then completed his Masters degree in Architecture from the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London. After finishing his studies in 1992, he practiced architecture for a couple of years with a prominent architectural firm, Arshad Shahid Abdullah.
